Different is Better

I know what it feels like to be different. An underdog. Overlooked. Ignored.

However, what I've learned in more than 15 years of coaching is that being different is my superpower. And I can leverage it to evolve, adapt, and excel in ways others can't.

Maverick perfectly symbolizes this mindset because Mavericks are unafraid of throwing off the constraints of conventional wisdom and finding better solutions.

I created Maverick Human Performance to help others find their superpowers. I've drawn on my broad and deep experience at every level of sport to develop strength and conditioning educational resources for coaches at every juncture of their careers.

Practical > Optimal

One of my core values is practical > optimal and every resource and course is designed with ruthless practicality in mind. Because we start from first principles, coaches can take what they learn and easily adapt it to meet the demands of their unique environments.

Many of my resources focus on athlete conditioning. Possibly the most overlooked component of physical preparation, conditioning is foundational to athletic development and performance. My primary goal is to give coaches tools to more effectively condition their athletes.

The "C" is for Community

Maverick is also a community for coaches to connect with others who have similar values and disconnect from the noise on social media.

We all need places to exchange ideas, engage openly with others, and connect in an authentic way. Maverick provides this space for coaches.

If this resonates with you, come join me and let's redefine what it means to be different.
